19:00 Non competitive 150m swim 1k Run
19:30 Competitive (chipped) 250m swim 2k Run
A parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the event
Entry Fee: £5 on the day entry
Roads are marshalled. Parents / Guardians are encouraged to assist in transition. Parents / Guardian are allowed to support in the swim. This is choice of the guardian.
